Identity is one of the factors in the road of success. It knows your self or indentifying who you are or what you are…To be successful is always comes in my mind when I am thinking of my future. To be loved, respected and acknowledge by other people.
Values are your ideals, ethics and principles in life, defining your values will give you the energy to focus and pursue your goals…
I can reflect my values on my attitude on how my parents raise me. They thought me good values that can help me in the future when I am living on my own. One of the values they thought me is keep my feet on the ground that even though that your in peak of your career you should look back to where you from. Being kind to others and inspired them even in just a little way. And this values that our parents thought us is should be remember always it can help us in our success in the future.
A goal is your deadlines to reach a dream in your life that you want to achieve and also a guide to your destination to reach success…
My goal is to be a president of multinational company before I reach an age of 25. But that goal is impossible to achieve hehehehe…but nothing is impossible if we will just try and try. Even though that I reach that goal in the age of 50 it is ok sense that I did best to achieve that goal and proved my self that I can do it. But for now my goal is to have a good job after I graduated in college. I hope that I can reach that goal with help of our Almighty God.
Action Plan is a planning method in which you make preparation what will you do to achieve your goals…
By preparing my self or making some plans ahead of time in achieving my goals this can lead me to the right and fast way to achieve my goals. Just like now I am planning ahead on where I will be applying for a job. Moreover I should further enhance my knowledge and skills to easily get a job sense that I have more skills and knowledge to offer to the company. Action plan can help us in reaching our goals, sense that you have already plan out what to do next.
Motivation is where you can get encouragement to reach your goal. This energizes you to toward your success.
The one that motivate me to reach my goals is me myself, my experiences, my hard work in finishing my studies and my ambitions in life. This motivates me to achieve it, even though sometimes I lose encouragement because of some discrimination comes from my family. But I keep my faith strong to not lose insight in reaching my dreams, on the other hands this discrimination helps me also to pursue on what I have started to show them that I can do more than they expected. I can consider this also as a motivation.
Discipline is one of the important elements in the road to success. It’s an act of an individual to limit his/her self to unlawful act or by abiding to the rules and regulations…
Discipline is a term that I hardly to follow. When it comes to the rules and regulation in our home I always breaking the rules, but sometimes I tried to stay away from doing the unlawful act. Disciplining my self is a hard to achieve by some factors that affecting my decisions. There some temptation that I encounter in life (“need not to mention anymore”) that I can’t avoid. But a disciplinary action in myself I sometimes apply. Disciplining my self is hard yet its keeps me on the right tract to success.
Flexibility is characterized by a person who can interact to others easily and can adapt to sudden changes…
I can’t say that I am a flexible person but I tried to learn to be flexible. On this issues it takes time for me to interact to others but not for a long period of times it just that knowing one’s personality so I can set my boundaries. We know that being flexible is also a key to success; when it comes in handling problem I can say that I am a flexible one because I can manage to find solution with it when come in my life.

In my experience that I have and the elements of success; it not that hard to imagine that to visualize that I’m on the end of the road of success. I can see my fulfillment of my dreams few days or months from now. The road of success is a one way to manage or organize the thing we want to achieve. I can say that one of the most important elements to the road of success is a values. This factor will help in some other way to keep you in the right tract of success by keeping it in your self. Because values can help you to keep your feet on the ground and look back from where you come from. And also to our Almighty God the always help you to reach to dreams in life.
